Onil Bhattacharyya, MD, PhD, CCFP

 

Dr. Bhattacharyya is a clinician Scientist at the Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute of St. Michael’s Hospital and assistant professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Toronto. He is a career scientist with Ontario’s Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, a member of the Canadian Diabetes Association’s (CDA) executive committee. His main research interests are knowledge translation, quality improvement in diabetes, aboriginal health and global health. His project is part of the KT Canada Collaborative, and seeks to explore the relationship between the characteristics of guidelines and their uptake.
